Dr. Pawsat routinely visits two local nursing homes: Maysville Nursing and Rehabilitation Facility, Pioneer Trace Healthcare and Rehabilitation Facility (Flemingsburg, KY) and the Kenton Pointe Assisted Living facility to provide preventative foot care and to assist in the management of various wounds and other foot complications that may arise. Visits to these facilities typically occur on Wednesdays.

  • Maysville Foot and Ankle Clinic is handicap accessible with designated parking within a few feet from the front door.
  • Provider of Medicare approved diabetic shoes through SureFit.
  • Custom orthotics are available through our office manufactured through DPM Orthotics, Inc.
  • Digital radiographs are taken in our office and read by Dr. Pawsat, saving time and expenses to travel to other sties. 
  • Powerstep pre-fabricated insoles are available to the general public. These are an inexpensive OTC product, great for many foot conditions, but not recommended for those who have excessively flat feet.
